We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced ITSM Support Engineer to provide immediate post-go-live Hypercare support for a recent migration from SAP NetWeaver to S/4HANA Payroll. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, handling customer tickets, resolving technical and functional issues, and optimizing payroll operations during the Hypercare phase.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Hypercare support for post-go-live stabilization of the SAP S/4HANA Payroll system.

Handle customer tickets, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, and ensure quick resolution.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve integration issues and maintain system performance.

Analyze system performance trends and recommend proactive improvements to avoid future disruptions.

Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and resolution timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in IT Service Management (ITSM), system support, or Hypercare support.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Payroll and ITSM support processes.

Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve system integration and performance issues.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless post-migration stabilization.
