We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Linux/Cloud Administrator to join their team. This role involves handling customer tickets, technical escalations, and integration issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer tickets, technical escalations, and integration issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including network, storage, and Linux administrators.

  • Ensure the stability, performance, and seamless operation of SAP NetWeaver to S/4HANA Payroll migration platforms.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues across server, database, network, and storage layers.

  • Handle and resolve platform and infrastructure-related customer tickets promptly.

  • Perform root cause analysis for platform incidents and implement fixes to improve system performance.

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including firewall, DNS, and routing configurations.

  • Optimize system performance by tuning Linux kernel parameters and managing resources.

  • Proactively address system vulnerabilities and compliance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-6 years in Linux administration, cloud computing, or related fields.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Linux system administration, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.

  • Networking Skills: Experience in troubleshooting firewall, DNS, and routing configurations.

  • Performance Optimization: Knowledge of Linux kernel tuning and resource management.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and infrastructure issues.
