Key Responsibilities

  • ETL Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Alteryx Designer and Server.
    • Work with SQL to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.

  • Data Analysis & Insights:

    • Manipulate and analyze large datasets to draw actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Quality & Process Improvement:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues and system bugs.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in unit testing, software change management, and release management.
    • Support the enhancement of existing features and the development of new solutions.

  • Technical Guidance:

    • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members.
    • Assist in documenting processes for continuous improvement and compliance.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory Skills:

    • Alteryx: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer, Server, and its suite of tools (Predictive, Parsing, Transforms).
    • SQL: Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
    • Excel: Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

  • Desirable Skills:

    • Python: Exposure to Python for data manipulation and scripting.
    • Power BI: Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.
    • Database Integration: Experience in integrating and managing databases.

  • Additional Attributes:

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Good understanding of data warehouse concepts, including star schema and data modeling.

Work Details

  • Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Interview Process:
    • Initial rounds via telephonic/Skype interviews, followed by a final face-to-face round.
